Basic Policy on the Proper Handling of Individual Numbers and Specific Personal Information
With the enforcement of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Act No. 27 of 2013, hereinafter the "Number Act"), the Company recognizes that if Individual Numbers and Specific Personal Information (hereinafter "Specific Personal Information") handled by the Company were to be misused or leaked, improper tracking or matching of personal information could occur, potentially infringing upon the rights and interests of individuals. Accordingly, the Company hereby establishes this basic policy to ensure, as an organization, the proper handling of Specific Personal Information.

2. Compliance with relevant laws, guidelines, etc.
In handling Specific Personal Information, the Company shall endeavor to keep abreast of the Number Act, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other related laws, regulations, and guidelines, and shall comply with them.
3. Matters concerning safety management measures
In order to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of Specific Personal Information, the Company shall establish organizational, personnel, physical, and technical safety management measures, inform its employees of them, and implement and maintain them.
4. Point of contact for questions and complaints
The Company shall respond promptly and appropriately to any questions or complaints regarding the handling of Specific Personal Information.
