Recho, Inc. (the "Company") develops voice AI agents as a core part of its business. Personal information collected through our business is an important asset, and protecting it is one of our key social responsibilities. Accordingly, we handle personal information acquired through our business in accordance with the following policy, providing peace of mind to our customers and fulfilling our social responsibilities.

  • When outsourcing the handling of personal information, we select contractors who meet the level of personal information protection defined by the Company.

  • We endeavor to keep abreast of laws, etc., relating to our business that handles personal information, and ensure that our employees (hereinafter "Employees") are made aware of and comply with them.

3. Safety management of personal information (including information the Company has acquired or intends to acquire)

  • To prevent leakage, we implement comprehensive measures across computers, networks, facilities, and equipment.
  • To reliably prevent loss or damage, we prepare for disasters and failures, and we securely store information backups to prepare for contingencies.
  • We conduct inspections, promptly remedy any violations, incidents, or accidents that are discovered, and implement preventive measures for any identified weaknesses.
  • We provide thorough security training to our Employees.

4. Complaints and consultations

  • We respond to inquiries regarding personal information appropriately and promptly.

5. Continuous improvement

  • To achieve our Privacy Policy, our Personal Information Protection Management System monitors and audits compliance with internal regulations, endeavors to detect violations, incidents, accidents, and weaknesses, and is reviewed by the representative. The findings are reflected in control measures and internal regulations, driving continuous improvement of the Personal Information Protection Management System.
